This exquisite hotel had a very central setting near everything. The food was perfect, with variety of options.

The location was great, to the tram on Jaffa Street with easy access to a shopping area and a market. Our room was stylish and new-fashioned, included with a nice view and all the comforts, for instance.

The location was marvellous and awesome, really close to downtown Jerusalem, and a big shopping area with lots of cafes, in a great area. West Jerusalem district was worth visiting.

During my recent stay at Herbert Samuel Jerusalem, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern room. The shower was enormous and very clean, providing a luxurious experience. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as we were able to walk to all the major attractions, including the old city, the market, and the best bars and restaurants in the area. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, including fresh squeezed orange, apple, and carrot juices. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our requests were met with a smile. I highly recommend Herbert Samuel Jerusalem for a perfect stay in Jerusalem.

Facilities and location are perfect. The hotel is deluxe. We appreciated the convenience of the deluxe queen room. The room had a mini-bar, Nespresso machine, and a writing desk. The hotel is not far from downtown, about a 20-minute walk. There is a great restaurant called Kangaroo nearby, we ate there a few times. The restaurant provided excellent service

The property was nice and unbelievable. The staff there were wonderful and polite. The restaurant was top-notch for breakfast, I tried wonderful dishes. Plus it had an excellent view to the mountains of Jordan. The room was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable, the location was brilliant very central. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel overall.

The value for the money at Herbert Samuel was great, with a clean room and excellent location near plenty of restaurants. The staff, especially Aviya at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided helpful information.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more flavorful tomatoes and softer burekas.

The room was new-fashioned and spotless, we had down pillows.

Everything was simply good. The breakfasts with views all around. The staff made it a very comfortable experience for us, they were super friendly and amiable. The great location was easy walk to a public square.
